Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This 30 × 45 cm cotton drawstring bag uses 140 g/m² natural fabric and a cord closure. It can hold gifts, accessories or grouped items that fit its dimensions. The gathered top keeps the contents together; this model is a drawstring pouch, with no backpack straps or tote bag handles.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
How many litres does this 30 × 45 cm sack hold?
The listed measurements describe the flat bag, not a tested capacity in litres. There is no fixed depth from which to calculate a reliable volume, and closing the gathered top needs space. Tell us what must fit and allow for its thickness; do not treat width × height as a litre rating.
Can I remove and replace the drawstring later?
The specification confirms a cord closure, but does not promise a replaceable cord or spare-cord service. If replacement matters to your choice, ask us to check the cord channel and construction before ordering. Do not assume that another cord will fit or leave the closure working in the same way.
Can our own courier collect the finished order?
The standard offer describes delivery arranged by us. Collection by your courier is a separate request, not a selectable included service. Before ordering, ask us to confirm the collection location, timing, packing and any effect on the quote and transport responsibilities.
What should I do if some bags arrive damaged?
Contact us promptly using the contact details on this website. Give the order number, describe the damage and affected quantity, and include photos where possible. For transport damage, contact us rather than handling the claim alone with our carrier. Applicable terms and mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
Can we cancel the printed order if our project is cancelled?
A confirmed, paid personalised order cannot be cancelled unilaterally just because plans change. Contact us promptly to discuss the situation. This does not remove your rights if goods are defective, lost or the order is not performed, or limit mandatory consumer rights.
