How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

The natural cotton body and black handles give this 140 g/m² tote bag a two-tone appearance before any logo is printed. Its flat 38 × 42 cm shape has no gusset and folds flat when empty. Choose the print colours for your logo separately from the existing handle colour.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Is this a black bag or a natural bag with black handles?
The body is natural-coloured cotton; only the contrasting handles are black. It already has this two-tone appearance before your design is printed. Choose it if you want a light front panel framed by dark handles, rather than a fully black fabric background.
If I leave parts of the artwork unprinted, will those areas look white?
No. An intentionally unprinted area shows the natural-coloured fabric, not white ink. Tell us which parts should remain fabric and which background or details you want printed. A white-looking area in an image file can be ambiguous, so make that distinction explicit when sending your design.
Do the bags come with the example logo shown in the gallery?
The gallery artwork illustrates the available print-colour options; it is not a logo automatically supplied with your order. Your own artwork and placement are agreed for your bags. If a customer-project image inspires you, use it to explain the idea, not as permission to reproduce that customer's design.
Can I check an actual printed sample instead of just a digital mockup?
The included proof is a digital mockup, not a physical printed sample. If you need a real sample before the main run, state that in your enquiry and ask whether it can be arranged, what it costs and how it affects the schedule. Do not assume a physical sample is included or has already been approved.
Will I receive the agreed number of bags, or can production send more or fewer?
Our published terms provide for delivery of the agreed quantity, without an over- or under-delivery tolerance. A shortage is a performance issue, not an allowed production variation, and a different produced count does not determine the invoice. If the received quantity is short, report it with your order reference and the quantity affected.
