How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This burgundy cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Will sharp-edged contents puncture this bag?
The cotton specification and fabric weight do not establish puncture resistance. No result for this model with sharp-edged contents is confirmed here. Protect exposed edges separately and describe the contents before ordering. If puncture resistance is essential, ask for relevant evidence before selecting the bag; a load rating would not answer that question.
Could the print mark another bag when printed faces touch in a packed stack?
We do not confirm a model-and-ink-specific contact-transfer result here. If printed faces will remain pressed together, describe the packing, storage time and conditions before ordering and ask what checks can be agreed. This is a question about ink transferring by contact, not dye rubbing from wet cloth or ink passing through the fabric.
Can the courier leave the cartons in a safe place without anyone signing?
Do not assume unattended delivery is accepted. Before ordering, describe the requested handover and ask us to confirm what the carrier can arrange, any recipient authorisation and delivery evidence. A comment in the enquiry does not itself confirm a safe-place arrangement. This does not change the published terms or limit mandatory rights.
Can you provide customs commodity-code information for our broker to check?
Give the destination and the finished-product details, and ask for the proposed classification, goods description and supporting basis to be confirmed. A customs commodity code is not the catalogue SKU or a retail GTIN. This page assigns no HS or national tariff code and guarantees no duty rate; the applicable classification needs review under the relevant customs rules.
