Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This dark green cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Can a zip be added across the opening before the bag is printed?
A zip is a construction change, not one of the print-colour options. Describe the closure you need and ask whether a suitable modified model can be supplied, with its dimensions and price confirmed separately. Selecting this catalogue bag does not order a zip or confirm that it can be retrofitted.
Can you provide evidence of product-liability insurance for our supplier approval?
Send the exact document requirement before accepting a quotation, including the activity, territory and period it needs to cover. Ask whether suitable evidence is available and can be shared. A material certificate, test report or supplier code of conduct does not establish insurance cover; no policy or cover limit is promised on this product page.
Which legal company supplies the bags under the ToteBagsPrint name?
Our published terms identify Dispak OÜ as the supplier operating under the ToteBagsPrint brand; the website shows registration number 10266012. Use the legal-entity details on the confirmed quotation and invoice when setting up your supplier record. The brand name alone should not be treated as a separate legal company.
Can this bag model be reserved exclusively for our company?
Printing your logo does not by itself reserve the underlying catalogue model for you. If exclusivity is essential, specify the model, territory and duration and ask for a separate written agreement before accepting the quotation. Artwork confidentiality or ownership of your logo is not the same as model exclusivity; no exclusive supply is offered here.
My PDF needs a password to open. How should I send the artwork?
Tell us the file is protected and agree on an accessible print copy or transfer route that you are authorised to share. A PDF filename does not establish that the artwork can be opened and processed. Do not send passwords for your personal accounts, and do not assume file protection will be bypassed.
