How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This light blue cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Does a flat bag mean a seamless body made from one piece of fabric?
No gusset describes the flat shape, not a specified seamless or one-piece construction. The published details do not state the body’s cutting pattern or seam count. If an uninterrupted panel matters, ask us to confirm the actual construction before accepting the quotation; a front photograph is not a cutting diagram.
From which country or warehouse will my batch actually be dispatched?
The supplier’s Estonian contact address does not establish the dispatch location of a particular batch. Give the model and destination and ask us to confirm the planned dispatch point for your order before arranging any collection or import paperwork. Do not infer the shipping origin from the brand or company address.
Can the order be delivered to a PO box?
Provide the country and full PO-box details and ask whether the proposed carrier can deliver there. A delivery arrangement for a street address does not automatically cover a PO box. Have an accepted delivery address confirmed before ordering; a postcode alone does not confirm that the address can be served.
Can the cartons be sealed so we can see if they have been opened?
Request tamper-evident sealing before accepting the quotation and agree the seal type, placement and expected condition on arrival. An ordinarily closed carton is not a documented tamper-evident system. Special seals or an integrity certificate are not included without agreement; report any unexpected damage or broken seal to us.
Can you print the bags using ink that we supply?
Identify the ink product and the required colour or effect and ask whether it can be accepted before sending any materials. Customer-supplied ink is a separate production arrangement, not a print-colour selection. Compatibility, handling responsibilities and any costs need agreement; neither acceptance nor print durability is confirmed merely by supplying ink.
