How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This light green cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.

Before you order
I do not have a logo yet. Does free artwork preparation include designing a new one?
Preparing an existing logo for print is different from creating a new brand identity. The page offers technical artwork preparation, not an agreed original-design brief. Describe what needs to be created and ask us to confirm the scope, deliverables, any cost and usage arrangements before ordering. Do not assume a new logo design is included.
Can I request deletion of my artwork files after the order is finished?
Yes, you can send us a request identifying the order and files concerned. Ask us to confirm what can be removed and what needs to be retained. Our privacy policy allows longer retention of completed-order files where needed for repeat orders, customer service or legal obligations. A request does not by itself confirm immediate deletion of every copy.
Can I change the delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched?
Contact us promptly with the order reference, tracking details if available and the proposed new address. Ask whether a carrier redirection is still possible and what it would mean for cost and timing. Changing an enquiry address is not confirmation that an in-transit parcel has been redirected; availability is not guaranteed.
Can I order a prewashed or preshrunk version before the printing is done?
The 100% cotton and 140 g/m² description does not specify a prewashing or preshrinking treatment. State this requirement before accepting the quotation and ask whether a suitable treated version is available, with its dimensions and print process confirmed. Do not treat an agreed pretreatment as a guarantee of zero shrinkage in later washing.
Can our delivered bags be linked to an identified production batch?
If batch traceability is required, ask before ordering which batch reference and records can link the selected model and print run to your delivery. A catalogue SKU identifies a model, not necessarily a unique production lot. The availability and scope of batch records need confirmation; a product code alone does not establish a traceability system.
