Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This royal blue cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 220 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Can the fabric be dyed to our exact brand colour?
This product is the listed royal-blue stock model, not a promise of custom-dyed fabric. A Pantone reference for printing does not select the fabric dye. If the cloth must match a specific colour, state that before ordering and ask us to confirm whether a suitable option exists.
Can a wide, horizontal logo go on this upright bag?
The bag stays in its listed 38 × 42 cm format; a landscape logo does not turn it into a wider bag. Send the design in the orientation you want people to read it. We will review its proportions and agree the printable size and placement before production.
Should I send my logo as a mirror image for printing?
Send a clearly identified version showing how you want the finished logo to read. Do not mirror it on your own as a production instruction. If your file already contains reversed lettering, point this out and check the reading direction in the final mockup before approving it.
My PDF has several pages. Which one will be printed?
Identify the exact page and version intended for this bag. Label reference pages as references, not extra print instructions. If there are several alternatives, agree which one is final before approval; do not assume that the first page or every page will be used.
Can we pay the invoice after the bags have been delivered?
The standard terms require full payment and our order confirmation for a binding order, plus written artwork approval before production. Payment after delivery is not included in this offer. If your purchasing process requires different terms, request written agreement before ordering.
