How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This black cotton tote bag uses 220 g/m² fabric and a gusseted construction. Its listed dimensions are 38 × 42 + 10 + 10 cm, and the long handles allow carrying over the shoulder. Choose this model when you need an expanded bag shape for branded packs or everyday items.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Is a removable rigid base board included, or can one be added?
The listed construction has side and bottom gussets; it does not confirm a separate rigid insert. If you need one, ask whether its material, size, removability and price can be agreed before ordering. A gusset is not evidence that a base board is included or that the bag will stand unsupported.
Is this an antistatic or ESD-protective bag?
The description of black 220 g/m² cotton does not establish protection against electrostatic discharge. No electrical-performance test for this finished printed bag is presented here. If ESD protection is a requirement, provide the required performance specification and ask for relevant evidence before selecting this model. Do not assume ordinary cotton is protective packaging.
Can my design mix right-to-left text with Latin letters or numbers?
Send the intended wording together with a viewable reference showing the approved layout. In the final mockup, check reading direction, the order of numbers and punctuation, and joined letter shapes. Naming a font or mirroring the whole design does not settle mixed-direction layout. Ask how the layout will be checked; translation or language proofreading is not automatically included.
Can you supply an origin certificate required by our importer?
Before ordering, provide the destination and the exact document and issuing-body requirements given by your importer or customs adviser. Ask whether the necessary evidence and document can be supplied for the actual goods, and have any agreed scope and cost included in the quote. A seller’s address or dispatch country is not that certificate. No origin country or preferential tariff entitlement is confirmed here.
Can we agree a batch-acceptance sampling plan before production?
Send your proposed defect definitions, sample-selection method and acceptance or rejection criteria before ordering. Ask which checks and records can be agreed in writing for this batch. A sampling plan is not inspection of every bag, and an inspector’s visit alone does not define its criteria. This page confirms neither a particular sampling standard nor a zero-defect guarantee.
