Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This white cotton tote bag uses 220 g/m² fabric and a gusseted construction. Its listed dimensions are 38 × 42 + 10 + 10 cm, and the long handles allow carrying over the shoulder. Choose this model when you need an expanded bag shape for branded packs or everyday items.

Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Will the ink go through the white fabric and mark the inside?
The page specifies white 220 g/m² cotton, but it does not document ink penetration for a particular print. A design showing through in the light is not the same as ink passing through the cloth. If a clean-looking inside is important, state this before ordering and ask for a relevant printed sample or production confirmation; the digital mockup does not prove it.
Will every finished bag measure exactly 38 × 42 cm?
The listed size is 38 × 42 + 10 + 10 cm. The page gives no manufacturing tolerance or measurement procedure, so it is not a promise of zero variation between sewn bags. If your packing process needs a precise fit, provide the acceptable size range and ask for the supplier’s tolerance before approving the order.
My two logo colours touch. Can you guarantee there will be no gap?
Choosing two print colours does not define how accurately their edges must meet. Send the final artwork at the intended size and identify the touching edges. Ask for the feasible colour-registration tolerance and any needed artwork adjustment to be confirmed; a digital mockup is not a guarantee of zero misalignment in production.
Is this bag guaranteed to have no smell from the fabric or ink?
Neither white cotton nor the stated fabric weight confirms an odour-free finished product. The page provides no model-and-ink-specific odour or finishing specification. Describe any sensitivity requirement before ordering and request relevant documentation or a suitable physical sample; do not assume hypoallergenic performance or an unlisted certification.
