How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This natural cotton tote bag uses 220 g/m² fabric and a gusseted construction. Its listed dimensions are 60 × 40 + 16 cm, and the long handles allow carrying over the shoulder. Choose this model when you need an expanded bag shape for branded packs or everyday items.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Is this XL bag 60 cm wide or 60 cm tall?
This is the wide format: the listed body is 60 cm across and 40 cm high, with a 16 cm gusset. The handles are listed separately as 4 × 60 cm. Choose by the shape of your contents, not the XL label alone. These are bag dimensions, not a promise that a rigid object of the same size will fit or that the whole surface can be printed.
How do I keep the front logo and back message from getting mixed up?
Label your artwork clearly as front and back, and describe which design belongs on each face. Ask for the final mockup to identify both sides before you approve it in writing. This is about assigning the right artwork to each face, not just requesting two-sided printing. Confirm the proposed size, orientation and price for that pair of designs in the quote.
Can I add a QR code that people can scan from the bag?
Send the actual QR artwork and its destination link for review, not just a screenshot showing where a code might go. Keep a clear margin around the code and ask for its size and printing method to be checked for this fabric. A digital preview is not a scan guarantee: agree how a physical print can be tested with the intended phones and conditions. No universal minimum print size is confirmed for this bag.
Can I reorder the same design later if I no longer have the print file?
Give us the earlier order reference and any approved artwork you still have. Ask whether the correct production file is still available and can be reused; do not assume indefinite file storage. Check the version, bag model, colours and both sides again before approving a repeat order. Availability, price and schedule need a new confirmation, even when the design is unchanged.
Can 100 bags be packed as four separate bundles of 25?
Include the exact grouping in your enquiry before accepting a quote. The product page says packing details are confirmed in the quote, but it does not promise this particular bundle arrangement. Ask us to confirm whether four bundles of 25 are possible, how they will be marked and whether extra materials or handling affect the price. Selecting 100 bags alone does not specify four bundles.
