How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This heavy cotton tote bag uses 340 g/m² natural cotton and a 42 × 38 cm body with the listed 10 + 10 cm gusset construction. The short and long handles allow carrying by hand or over the shoulder. Choose it when you want a gusseted bag and both handle options in the same model.

Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.

Before you order
Does ‘double handles’ mean two handles or two pairs?
This model has two sets: a shorter pair for hand carrying and a longer pair for shoulder carrying. The listed handle dimensions are 2.5 × 50 cm and 2.5 × 80 cm. Both carrying options belong to the same bag; ‘double’ is not a choice between two different bag variants.
Can I order as a private individual rather than a company?
Yes. Our published terms allow private individuals to order as well as companies and organisations. Give your name and delivery details and make clear that you are buying privately. Review the quotation prepared for your order; you do not need to invent company or VAT details.
Can you sign our supplier code of conduct before we order?
Send the required document and version with the enquiry and ask for review before accepting the quote. Clarify which legal entity must sign and what obligations and production sites it covers. Supplying bags or having a material document does not establish acceptance of your code; signing it is not promised without agreement.
What should I do if a payment message gives changed bank details?
Pause and verify the change directly, using contact details you independently find on our website, not details inside the change message. A familiar logo or email thread does not verify a bank account. This is a precaution, not a statement that our payment details have changed.
What if the finished print does not match the approved design?
Contact us with the order reference, approved artwork, photos showing the difference and the quantity affected. Ask for the next steps before arranging a return or replacement yourself. A mismatch report needs assessment; it is not an automatic promise of a refund or a new batch. This does not replace the applicable terms or your statutory rights.
