How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This natural cotton tote bag uses 340 g/m² fabric and a gusseted construction. Its listed dimensions are 38 × 42 + 10 + 10 cm, and the long handles allow carrying over the shoulder. Choose this model when you need an expanded bag shape for branded packs or everyday items.

Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.

Before you order
Does 340 g/m² tell me whether the fabric is canvas or twill?
No. Fabric weight and weave are different specifications. This page states 340 g/m² and 100% cotton, but does not identify a weave. If your purchasing brief requires canvas, twill or another defined construction, ask for a material specification or sample before selecting it.
Can my logo have a metallic gold finish rather than a flat yellow colour?
A metallic effect is not confirmed by selecting one print colour. Send an example of the finish you want and ask for a method and quotation for this fabric. The available effect, appearance and price need confirmation; a colour reference alone does not guarantee a metallic result.
Can you print our name inside the bag near the opening?
Inside printing is a different print location from the outside front or back. Send a sketch showing the position and size you want. Access to that area, the suitable method and the price must be checked separately; the standard selector does not confirm an inside print.
Will a repeat order match the natural fabric shade of our previous batch?
Do not assume an exact fabric-shade match between production batches. If matching existing bags matters, include a previous sample or clear reference in your enquiry and request a comparison. Approving the logo colour does not confirm a match for the underlying natural fabric.
Can our quotation include our company details and purchase-order reference?
Send the legal company name, billing details and required purchase-order reference with the enquiry, and ask for them to be checked on the quotation. Use the comment field if necessary. A reference number does not itself change the payment, order-confirmation or artwork-approval terms.
