Printed cotton tote bags for maternity clinics – long handles for carrying

Printed cotton tote bags for maternity clinics combined a practical bag with a large written message for Fødeklinik Storkereden in Denmark. We produced 300 black cotton bags for the clinic. The fabric weight was 140 g/m² and the bags measured 38 × 42 cm. Long handles allowed shoulder carrying. A single white print stood out against the black fabric.

A practical format for everyday use

The long handles provide a way to carry the bag over the shoulder. The flat 38 × 42 cm body gives the design one broad front panel, with the handles above it.

The message stretches across the front in several lines. A smaller clinic name below it identifies the organisation without taking the same space as the main statement. The long handles and flat body keep the bag’s shape simple around the large lettering.

Black 140 g/m² cotton for strong contrast

The front reads “NOTHING IN THIS BAG BELONGS TO ME … MOM LIFE”, with the clinic’s name positioned separately near the bottom. Large white letters carry the main message without another print colour or an accompanying illustration.

White letters and black fabric create the contrast across the whole statement. The gaps between the lines and the space above the clinic name divide the wording into distinct parts, while the same print colour connects them.
