How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This gray cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
My PDF uses overprint settings. Should I leave them enabled?
Tell us which objects intentionally overprint and what must remain visible in the finished design. Ask for the supplied file to be checked for the agreed printing process before final approval. An ordinary screen preview does not confirm how overprint settings will be handled; do not change them blindly or assume a white object automatically represents printable white ink.
Do I need to add crop marks or bleed to my print file?
Ask for the file-preparation requirements for this bag before adding crop marks, registration marks or bleed. The page does not specify a universal bleed value, and the 38 × 42 cm bag size is not an artwork cutting template. State the intended design size and keep production marks separate from the visible artwork unless their use has been agreed.
Our warehouse requires a booked delivery slot. Can this be arranged?
Give the receiving address, booking procedure, contact and any slot restrictions in the enquiry. Ask whether the proposed delivery service can meet those requirements and agree responsibility for booking before the order is accepted. A requested arrival date is not a confirmed warehouse appointment; the product page does not guarantee a booked-slot delivery service.
Can the order be delivered on a pallet, and who arranges unloading?
State any pallet, vehicle-access and unloading requirements when requesting the quotation. Ask whether palletised delivery is available for this order and confirm the delivery format, charges and unloading responsibility. The number of bags and the product dimensions do not establish a palletised shipment or the availability of a tail lift or forklift.
Can I iron directly over the finished print?
The 100% cotton specification does not establish a safe ironing temperature for the printed design. Ask for care instructions for the actual finished print, including whether ironing is permitted over the design or only under specified conditions. Do not treat a cotton-fabric care setting as proof that the ink can withstand it; no universal ironing setting is confirmed here.
