Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This navy cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
How are the seam edges finished inside the bag?
The flat shape and 140 g/m² fabric do not specify how the inside seam edges are finished. If enclosed edges or a particular seam finish are important, request an inside close-up or construction confirmation for the current model before ordering. Do not infer this detail from the outside logo photo.
Can my design be printed with a reflective effect?
Describe the reflective effect you need and ask whether a suitable print can be offered on this navy fabric. Agree the material, appearance and a physical check before ordering. The standard colour selector does not establish reflectivity, and neither a digital mockup nor a metallic-looking colour proves tested visibility or protective performance.
Can you add an NFC or RFID tag to the bag?
Include the required tag, its intended function and attachment position in the enquiry. Ask whether supply or fitting is possible and who configures and tests it with your equipment. A printed logo or QR code is not confirmation that an electronic tag is included. No NFC/RFID fitting or system compatibility is promised on this page.
Is the finished batch checked for broken needles or metal fragments?
The product page does not document a needle-control or metal-detection procedure for the finished batch. If this is a purchasing requirement, specify the control and records you need and ask what can be confirmed before ordering. A fabric specification or ordinary visual photo does not establish that this check took place.
Could a different bag model be substituted if this one is unavailable?
If you need this exact model, state that alternatives require your approval. Ask for availability and any proposed substitute’s material, dimensions and construction before accepting a change. A similar photograph or the same fabric colour does not establish an equivalent bag; do not approve a replacement solely because its logo layout looks the same.
