How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This red cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Can I pay for this order by credit card?
Please ask us to confirm the payment methods available for your quotation before accepting it. The website sends a quote request, not a card payment; a displayed price does not confirm card acceptance. Do not put card numbers or security codes in your enquiry or artwork files.
The invoice has already been issued with incorrect buyer details. What should I do?
We issue our own sales invoices. Contact us with the invoice number, the exact correction and whether it has been paid. We will review the correction and confirm the document to be issued; editing the PDF yourself does not correct our invoice. Correcting an address or typo is not permission to transfer the purchase to a different legal buyer; that requires separate review.
For delivery outside the EU, who handles import customs clearance?
For deliveries outside the EU, customs arrangements are agreed separately for each shipment. Give the actual destination and confirm who acts as importer, arranges clearance and pays any import taxes and fees before accepting the quotation. Delivery included in a price does not settle these roles. No default DDP term, importer or allocation of charges is promised; the website does not calculate those charges.
Can branded production rejects be destroyed instead of reused or donated?
State this restriction before ordering and ask whether controlled return or destruction can be agreed, including any evidence and cost. Confirmation of the number of bags you receive does not explain what happens to rejected pieces during production. Destruction, a certificate or a ban on reuse is not included unless expressly agreed.
