How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This mini cotton tote bag has a 22 × 26 cm body, short handles and a flat construction without a gusset. Its 140 g/m² natural cotton fabric suits compact branded packs and smaller items. Check the dimensions against your contents; this is the mini model, not the standard 38 × 42 cm tote bag.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Does the 26 cm height include the handles?
No. The 22 × 26 cm dimensions describe the bag body, excluding the handles. The short handles are listed separately as 2.5 × 30 cm. That 30 cm is the handle length, not an extra 30 cm of vertical clearance above the opening. Use the body measurements when comparing the mini format.
Will this mini bag stand upright like a paper gift bag?
This is a flat fabric tote bag without a gusset, not a rigid bag with a shaped base. Do not choose it on the assumption that it will stand upright empty. Its shape when filled depends on the contents; if a self-standing presentation is essential, check that requirement before selecting the bag.
Does 140 g/m² mean that each mini bag weighs 140 grams?
No. It describes the mass of one square metre of the fabric, not the weight of a finished bag. It also does not specify a safe carrying load. Compare this figure when choosing fabric weights, but ask for a separate verified bag weight or load specification if your project requires one.
My logo has small lettering. Can it simply be shrunk to fit the mini bag?
Shrinking the whole design also shrinks its letters, fine lines and gaps. Send the complete artwork and indicate which wording must remain readable. Its size and detail need checking at the intended print scale on this fabric. The bag dimensions and an enlarged screen preview do not establish a minimum readable letter size.
I need two different logos, 100 bags of each. Should I select 200 in the calculator?
List each artwork version and its quantity separately in your enquiry: for example, 100 of design A and 100 of design B. The standard quantity and colour selection does not establish the price or feasibility of splitting a run between two designs. Ask for the versions to be checked and quoted; do not assume the single-design 200-bag estimate applies.
