How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This navy cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 220 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Is this bag made from combed cotton yarn?
The page specifies 100% cotton and 220 g/m², but not whether the yarn is combed. If combed yarn is a purchasing requirement, ask for a supplier declaration for the proposed fabric batch before ordering. Fibre content and fabric weight alone do not confirm yarn preparation.
Can you identify the subcontractors that sew and print our bags?
If your purchasing process requires the actual sewing and printing companies to be named, state this before ordering and ask what information can be disclosed for your batch. The seller’s identity is not a list of production subcontractors. Disclosure and a specific production chain are not confirmed here.
Can we take the printed bags on sale or return and pay only for those sold?
No. We do not offer sale or return or payment only for bags you sell. Unsold printed bags cannot be returned or deducted from the invoice under such an arrangement. The agreed order and payment terms apply; this does not limit any mandatory rights concerning defective goods.
Can our company issue the invoice through self-billing?
No. We issue our own sales invoices and do not permit self-billing. Your company must not issue a sales invoice on our behalf. Receiving our invoice electronically is a separate matter and does not authorise you to issue it.
How should bank-transfer fees be handled when paying the invoice?
Before a cross-border transfer, ask us to confirm the amount that must reach the invoice account and clarify your bank’s fees with the bank. Do not assume transfer charges may be deducted from the invoice or that we cover them. No fee amount or charging arrangement is promised here; agreed payment terms remain unchanged.
