When will my bags arrive?

Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This natural cotton tote bag uses 220 g/m² fabric and a gusseted construction. Its listed dimensions are 38 × 42 + 10 + 10 cm, and the long handles allow carrying over the shoulder. Choose this model when you need an expanded bag shape for branded packs or everyday items.

Does +10 +10 mean the front of the bag is 20 cm wider?
No. The listed size is 38 × 42 + 10 + 10 cm; the extra figures concern the gusseted construction, not an extra 20 cm of flat front. The page lists side and bottom gussets. If an exact internal measurement matters, ask for the model’s dimension drawing; do not calculate a guaranteed litre capacity from this notation.
Can my design continue from the front onto the gusset?
A front print does not establish that a continuous design can cross the seam onto a gusset. Send the complete layout and identify the panels it should cover. Ask for confirmation of feasibility, printable surfaces and placement before approving it; wraparound printing is not a confirmed standard feature here.
Can this bag safely carry 5 kg?
We do not have a verified 5 kg load rating for this model. The 220 g/m² figure describes the fabric, not a tested carrying limit, and gussets are not a load certificate. If your contents require a particular load capacity, request the manufacturer’s specification or test evidence for this exact bag before choosing it.
I need only 20 bags. Can I order fewer than 50?

Will the print sit in exactly the same position as on the approved mockup?
An on-screen mockup is not a measurement report of each finished bag. Before approval, check the agreed placement and the positioning tolerance that applies to your order. A position tolerance should not be treated as permission to resize, rotate or distort the artwork, or change its colours.
