How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This navy cotton tote bag uses 220 g/m² fabric and a gusseted construction. Its listed dimensions are 38 × 42 + 10 + 10 cm, and the long handles allow carrying over the shoulder. Choose this model when you need an expanded bag shape for branded packs or everyday items.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Can this bag be supplied with a laminated inner surface?
The current specification describes cotton and gussets, not inner lamination. Describe the extra layer you need and ask whether that construction can be supplied and quoted. Do not treat the standard bag as lined, sealed or waterproof.
Should I flatten transparent objects and shadows before sending the artwork?
Keep your editable original and include a viewable reference of the intended result. Before changing the file, ask which export and transparency settings suit the agreed printing method. Flattening is not automatically required.
Can another company pay our invoice on our behalf?
Ask before the transfer whether this arrangement is accepted and how to identify the payer and match the payment to your invoice. Keep the ordering and billing details clear; do not assume that changing the payer changes the buyer.
Can we obtain the carrier’s proof of delivery after handover?
If you need a handover record, ask before ordering what proof the agreed carrier can provide and how to request it. A tracking update is not necessarily a recipient-signed record. No particular format, signature or retention period is promised here.
Can I order spare fabric for later repairs to the bags?
Ask with your quotation request whether separate fabric or repair patches can be supplied, in what material and quantity. The listing covers finished bags: spare fabric, a repair service and a future fabric match are not confirmed.
