Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This black cotton tote bag uses 320 g/m² fabric and a gusseted construction. Its listed dimensions are 38 × 42 + 10 + 10 cm, and the long handles allow carrying over the shoulder. Choose this model when you need an expanded bag shape for branded packs or everyday items.

Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.

Before you order
Is this black bag 320 or 340 g/m²?
This exact black model is listed as 320 g/m². The 320–340 g/m² category groups more than one fabric specification; it does not make every bag 340 g/m². Use the specification for this product, H320G-BLK / CBN302, in your enquiry rather than a category heading or image filename.
Does the heavy fabric provide padding for fragile items?
A fabric weight of 320 g/m² is not a cushioning or impact-protection rating. The page describes cotton and gussets, but provides no padding specification or drop-test result. If the contents need protection, describe the requirement before ordering and assess a suitable protective insert separately; do not treat a heavy tote bag as tested protective packaging.
I already have my own bags. Can you just print the logo on them?
The standard offer on this page combines this bag with printing; it is not a printing-only quote for customer-supplied stock. Send the material, dimensions, quantity and condition of your bags for a separate feasibility check. Acceptance, production risk and price must be confirmed before you send any stock.
Can I combine quantities of different bag models to get one quantity price?
The calculator prices the selected model and print options. It does not confirm that 100 of this model plus 100 of another qualify for the 200-piece price. List each model, quantity and artwork in the enquiry and ask for a combined quotation; do not add quantities across product pages to infer a discount.
Can you hold one order and send part of it each month?
The page does not confirm a scheduled-release or storage service. State the total quantity, quantity per release, dates and destination, and ask whether the arrangement is possible. Stock reservation, storage, payment and each shipment’s cost need explicit agreement; a single-order quote does not automatically include several releases.
