How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This light gray recycled tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Does this bag have a separate fabric lining?
The specifications do not list a separate textile lining. If an inner fabric layer is essential, ask us to confirm the construction of the supplied model before ordering. A lining is different from a coating, padding or an inside pocket; none should be assumed.
Is there a tested air-permeability rating for the fabric?
No air-permeability result is provided on this product page. Fibre composition and 140 g/m² do not establish how much air passes through the fabric. If measured airflow is a purchasing requirement, specify the test and required result and ask whether supporting data are available.
Will the fibre-composition label be in the language needed at our destination?
Tell us where the bags will be offered to consumers and ask to review the actual label text for the supplied batch before ordering. A translated product page does not confirm the language of the physical label. Any required labelling arrangement must be checked separately; it is not confirmed here.
Can you send our warehouse an electronic advance shipping notice?
If your warehouse requires an ASN or EDI message before arrival, send its format, required fields and deadline with your enquiry. Ask us to confirm whether this can be supported and any cost. A tracking link or booked delivery slot does not by itself meet that requirement.
What should I do if the same invoice is paid twice?
Contact us through the established contact channel with the invoice number and both payment references, dates and amounts. Ask for reconciliation before treating an apparent duplicate as credit for another order. Any overpayment and its resolution must first be verified; no automatic refund or repayment date is promised here.
