How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This dark gray recycled tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 180 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
My artwork file is larger than 20 MB. How can I send it?
The product form accepts PDF, AI, EPS, PNG or JPG files up to 20 MB. You can send the enquiry without artwork and ask us to agree a suitable transfer method. Keep the full-quality original; do not reduce it to an unreadable image merely to fit the upload limit.
Are blank bags reserved while we discuss the artwork?
Sending an enquiry or discussing a mockup does not confirm a stock reservation. If you need this model held while approvals are pending, ask whether a reservation is possible and have any conditions confirmed separately. Do not treat a saved preview as reserved stock.
My file has empty margins. Do the preview measurements include them?
The placement preview measures to the logo frame, including margins in the file. Empty space can therefore make the visible design smaller or shift its apparent position. Point out the margins and the intended visible design size so the final layout can be checked before approval.
Will we receive a parcel-tracking link after dispatch?
A proposed delivery schedule is not a tracking link or confirmation of dispatch. If tracking updates are important to your receiving team, ask before ordering what shipment information can be supplied and which contact should receive it. Do not assume the carrier or tracking service.
