Copenhagen Zoo ordered 500 natural cotton drawstring backpacks with its green logo printed on one side. This completed order shows how a visitor attraction used its identity on a cotton backpack. The records establish the bag, artwork approval and receipt; they do not specify whether the bags were sold, given away or used by staff.
The order used the BPA101 model: a natural cotton drawstring backpack measuring 38 × 46 cm, with a fabric weight of 140 g/m². The checked product records link this work to the current D140B-NAT model.
Its cords gather the opening and also act as shoulder straps. This gives the bag a different carrying format from a tote with conventional handles.
The artwork specified one green print colour, Pantone 568, on one side. The approved design was 28 cm wide. That measurement belongs to this particular job and is not a maximum print area for every new order.
A new design needs its own placement check. The gathered opening, seams and proportions of the artwork all matter when choosing where the logo sits.
The customer approved the offer and visual on 25 April 2022. On 4 May 2022, the customer confirmed that the bags had arrived. These dates come from the checked order record.
