How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.
Photo or gradient? Send us your artwork for review. Photos and gradients may need a different printing approach. We’ll confirm the suitable method and price before you order; the standard colour selector may not cover your design.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This natural cotton drawstring backpack has a 38 × 46 cm body in 140 g/m² fabric. Pulling the cords gathers the top closed; the same cords allow it to be worn on the back. It offers a drawstring format for branded event packs and everyday carrying without conventional tote bag handles.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Does this backpack have a zip, or do the cords close it?
It closes by drawing the cords through the top channel. The same cords serve as shoulder straps; the specified closure is a drawstring, not a zip. This is a gathered fabric opening, so choose it for that style of access rather than expecting a zipped compartment.
Can I put an A4 folder in it and still pull the top closed?
The bag body measures 38 × 46 cm. An A4 sheet is 21 × 29.7 cm, but a folder is larger and other contents take up space. The outer bag dimensions are not a guarantee of usable capacity. Check your folder’s outside dimensions and the full set of contents, leaving room for the top to gather; test the intended contents in a sample if the fit is critical.
Our brand guide gives a Pantone colour. Can I include that with the logo?
Yes. Include the exact colour reference with your artwork and state that the colour match matters to you. It gives us a target to check for this fabric before production. A colour displayed on a screen is not proof of the final ink colour on cotton; the printing specification must be agreed for your order.
Will the top of my logo disappear into the folds when I close the bag?
Pulling the cords gathers the upper fabric, so a logo placed close to the opening can fold with it. Send the complete design and explain that its visibility with the bag closed matters. We can review the proposed position before printing. An open or flat preview alone does not prove how the design will look when the bag is filled and gathered.
Does ‘natural cotton’ mean this bag is certified organic?
Here, natural describes the bag’s colour and the listed material is 100% cotton. Those facts do not establish organic certification. If you need certified organic material, name the required certificate in your enquiry so a suitable product and its documentation can be checked before you choose.
