In June 2022, we printed 50 royal blue cotton tote bags for Astersland, a kennel breeding Welsh Corgi Cardigan and Pembroke dogs. The order used one print colour on one side of a gusseted bag.
The white artwork sits across the lower part of the front. Three corgi illustrations appear above the kennel name, with the breeds identified in a smaller line underneath.
The dogs are drawn as light outlines, leaving blue fabric visible inside each figure. Their different poses give the top of the design some movement without filling it with solid colour.
The large Astersland name sits directly below the drawings. A smaller line identifies the two corgi breeds, keeping the illustrations and text together in one compact area.
For this order, the bag measured 38 × 42 cm with a 10 cm gusset and used 220 g/m² cotton. The side panel gives the bag depth, while the long handles allow shoulder carrying.
The print stays on the front panel, leaving the side and upper area plain. This gives the white drawing and lettering a continuous blue background.
In July 2022, a Welsh Corgi breed association ordered 100 grey bags with the same artwork. The corgi illustrations and kennel name were carried across to the new colour.
On the royal blue version, the white design has a clear contrast with the cotton. For your own logo, this bag offers a coloured background and the extra depth of a gusset.
