How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Can you document where the raw cotton was grown?
Ask for evidence that traces the cotton used in the relevant fabric batch. The country where a bag is sewn, printed or dispatched does not by itself identify where the cotton was grown. No farm, growing country or traceability document is confirmed here.
Can we get the shipping packaging’s material breakdown for our reporting?
Ask before ordering which packaging materials and component weights can be documented for your shipment. A carton’s gross weight includes the goods and is not a material-by-material packaging statement. Availability and any reporting format must be confirmed; no registration or reporting service is promised.
Is a minimum service life or number of uses guaranteed?
The description says the bag is made for repeated use, but it does not give a verified lifetime or cycle rating. Explain the contents, frequency and care conditions you need assessed. Do not treat fabric weight or one historical project as a guaranteed number of uses.
Can I apply my own heat-transfer labels after the bags are delivered?
Check your transfer material and process against the exact bag fabric and any existing print before ordering. A cotton composition alone is not a complete heat-press specification. Follow the transfer maker’s instructions and test a spare bag; no settings, bond strength or wash resistance are guaranteed here.
