How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This royal blue cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.

Before you order
Will the royal blue fabric keep its colour in sunlight?
The page specifies royal blue cotton but does not give a lightfastness rating for the supplied fabric. If colour retention under light exposure is important, describe the expected exposure and request relevant evidence for the current material before ordering. A colour photograph or approved logo mockup does not establish resistance to fading.
Will the fabric form little pills after repeated use?
The 100% cotton and 140 g/m² specifications do not provide a pilling rating or a pill-free guarantee. If small fibre balls forming on the fabric surface would be unacceptable, ask for the relevant fabric test or agreed quality requirement for this model. This is a surface-wear question, not a guarantee about print abrasion or fibres transferring to the contents.
How should we store the printed bags before we need them?
State how long you expect to store the bags and ask for storage instructions for the actual finished print and packaging. Confirm any restrictions on temperature, moisture, light exposure or prolonged contact between printed surfaces. The product page does not set a universal storage period or shelf-life guarantee; an earlier customer order does not establish those limits.
Will I own any printing screens or tooling used for my order?
If ownership, return or storage of physical printing tools matters, include it in the enquiry and ask what applies to the selected process. A printing charge or free artwork preparation does not itself establish ownership of production tools. Agree any retention and reuse conditions separately; the page does not promise customer-owned screens or their future availability.
Can our own inspector check the finished batch before dispatch?
Describe who would inspect the bags, the required location and checks, and any approval needed before dispatch. Ask whether inspection access can be arranged and agree its timing, cost and release procedure before accepting the quotation. A digital mockup, sample or batch photograph does not confirm third-party inspection access or an automatic dispatch hold.
