How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This yellow cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.
Before you order
Can I specify water-based ink for the printing?
Include that requirement with your artwork before accepting the quote. The page lists print colours, not the ink system for your order. Ask which ink can be used on this yellow fabric and have the agreed system recorded. Do not treat an ink colour choice or the cotton description as confirmation of water-based ink.
Is this bag flame-retardant?
The product information does not establish a flame-retardant rating for the finished printed bag. If fire performance is a purchasing condition, send the required test or specification before ordering and ask for evidence covering the actual material and print. Do not infer it from 100% cotton or fabric weight; suitability remains unconfirmed without the relevant evidence.
Will a printed Braille design be readable by touch?
A picture of Braille dots is not proof of tactile readability: Braille uses raised dots. If touch reading is essential, ask whether a suitable process is available and agree a physical readability check with an appropriate Braille reader before ordering. The standard logo mockup cannot verify this, and this page does not promise a tactile-Braille service.
Can you provide a social audit of the factories involved?
Send your purchasing team’s required audit scheme, scope and acceptable report date before ordering. Ask what evidence is available for the sites sewing the bags and printing them, and what may be shared. Material composition or a country-of-origin answer does not establish working conditions; no specific social-audit report is promised on this page.
Can the whole shipment be packed without plastic?
State that this applies to all transport packaging, including liners, tape and pallet wrap, not just individual bag sleeves. Ask for the proposed packing materials and agree any exclusions before accepting the quote. The cotton bag’s composition does not describe its shipping packaging, and the page does not promise a completely plastic-free shipment.
