Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This orange cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.

Before you order
I would like an orange bag with a white logo. Can you print that on this bag?
Yes, we can print a white logo on this orange cotton bag. White ink counts as one print colour; the orange fabric does not count as another. A logo and line illustration can form one design using the same ink colour. You can choose printing on one or both sides. If your artwork includes a background, we will clarify whether it should be printed or left as the colour of the bag.
I am looking for a lightweight fabric bag I can carry over my shoulder. Is this suitable?
This bag has long, 70 cm handles for shoulder carrying. It measures 38 × 42 cm and is made from 100% cotton with a fabric weight of 140 gsm. It is a flat bag without a base gusset or side gussets. Consider whether you want a lightweight shoulder bag or a gusseted model with more room at the base. Fabric weight alone does not establish the bag’s load capacity.
Can I ask for photos of the finished batch before it is dispatched?
Include any batch-photo or pre-dispatch approval requirement in your enquiry so it can be checked and agreed in the quotation. A digital mockup approves the artwork; it is not a photograph of the finished batch. Confirm what would be photographed, when images could be supplied and whether dispatch must await your approval. Do not assume this service is automatically included.
I only have my logo as an image file. Can you prepare it and show me the design before printing?
Yes. Send your existing file, such as a PNG or JPG. As part of your order, we prepare the logo for printing and vectorise it where needed. A free digital mockup lets you review and approve the logo’s size and placement on the orange bag before production. For a photograph or gradient design, we check the suitable printing approach and price separately.
Can you send the invoice in our required e-invoice format or purchasing portal?
Provide the required machine-readable format, portal and recipient routing details before accepting the quotation. Ask whether the channel is supported and agree how the invoice will be supplied. A PDF quotation or emailed invoice does not establish that technical arrangement; adding a purchase-order reference does not by itself enable it.
