How do I count print colours?
Count the colours you want printed in your design, including white ink and any printed background. Do not count the colour of the bag. If you are unsure which colours or background should be printed, send us your artwork and we’ll check it.

When will my bags arrive?
Tell us when you need the bags to arrive and where they should be delivered. Your quotation will show the estimated production and delivery schedule. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment has arrived and you have approved the final print file in writing. Entering a date in the enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.

This white cotton tote bag has a flat 38 × 42 cm body with no gusset. Its 140 g/m² fabric and long handles suit branded event materials, company giveaways and everyday carrying. The bag folds flat when empty; choose this shape when you do not need an expanded base.

The gallery shows examples of one-, two-, three- and four-colour logo printing. These are sample designs. Your free digital mockup confirms your own artwork and its placement before production. Nothing is printed without your approval. If your logo needs vectorising, we do this free of charge as part of your order.
Delivery is included in the displayed price for our market countries, and confirmed in your quote for any other destination; VAT is excluded. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by around five working days for delivery. If you need the bags sooner, ask about a rush option when sending your request.
We confirm the delivery address, schedule and packing details in your quote. The quantity, print colours and approved artwork in that quote define your order.

Before you order
Can I upload a Word or PowerPoint file as the print file?
The upload lists PDF, AI, EPS, PNG and JPG, not Word or PowerPoint. Export the intended design to a listed format and check the exported page before sending it. Ask which export is suitable if you are unsure; a document that looks right in Office is not proof of the final print layout.
Will my small JPG stay sharp when enlarged for this bag?
A JPG can lose visible detail when enlarged beyond the information in the original image. Send the best original file and state the intended printed width so it can be assessed at that size. The page does not give a universal minimum pixel count or DPI for every design; a sharp small-screen preview is not a print-resolution guarantee.
My artwork links to another image file. Do I need to send that too?
Make sure the file supplied for print includes the images needed to reproduce the complete design, rather than relying on a link that only works on your computer. Tell us if the artwork has linked assets and ask how to supply a complete export or the required files. A preview image alone does not prove that the production file contains every element.
Can the order go to our recipient without your branding on the dispatch paperwork?
State the required sender identity, packing documents and any packaging-branding restrictions in your enquiry. Direct delivery does not by itself confirm a blind-dispatch service. Ask whether the requested arrangement is possible and have its scope and cost confirmed before accepting the quote; do not assume supplier details will be omitted.
Can I add more bags after the order has been confirmed?
Request the extra quantity as a proposed order change and ask for confirmation before treating it as accepted. The current production stage, available stock, price and schedule for the additional bags need checking. Do not assume the calculator price, original dispatch date or earlier approval automatically covers a later increase.
